Kaunakakai is the epicenter of Molokai.  Here I am in the downtown area where you won't find a skyscraper past 3 stories.  At the open market, you can purchase all kinds of  authentic Hawaiian goods, crafts, and fresh produce.  This is where we came to purchase our groceries for our evening meals back at the campground. 

   This is the only gas station I found on the island, there could be more, but I didn't see any others.  At $2.43 per gallon, this is the most I have ever spent for gas.  Luckily, the island isn't to overwhelmingly big, so I only needed a few gallons to get me around for the 3 days.
